1. Purpose of the site
This site offers educational information about real estate crowdlending in Mexico and lets you start a conversation with the team. It does not constitute a public offer of securities or personalised investment advice.
2. Usage requirements
To act as an investor you must be of legal age in Mexico, have legal capacity to enter into contracts and accept the identification (KYC) processes required by the Financial Technology Institutions Law.
3. Nature of the investment
Real estate crowdlending means lending capital to a developer with the expectation of receiving interest. Returns are not guaranteed and can be affected by construction delays, market conditions or macroeconomic factors.
4. Risks and transparency
We publish each project with technical documentation, an audited schedule and a risk analysis. We recommend reading the full brief before investing and diversifying your contributions across several projects.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, graphics, trademarks and structure of the site belong to Capeliq S.A. de C.V. or to third parties that authorised their use. Partial or total reproduction without prior written authorisation is not allowed.
6. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Mexican law. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that could apply.
