This policy explains how Capeliq uses cookies and similar technologies in 2026, how we enable Google Consent Mode v2 and how you can change your decision at any time.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file stored on your browser when you visit a website. It is used to remember preferences, measure site performance and, if you opt in, personalise advertising.
2. Google Consent Mode v2
We load Google tags with consent denied by default. Only after you accept in the banner do we activate analytics and advertising categories (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage). Before that, Google only receives anonymised pings without advertising identifiers.
3. Categories we use
Necessary: keep your session and language. Analytics: help us improve the site with aggregated data. Advertising: personalise Google Ads campaigns for potential investors. Personalisation: remember your visual preferences.
4. How to change your choice
You can update your preferences at any time using the ‘Manage preferences’ link in the footer. Your choice is stored in localStorage on this device and is applied automatically on your next visit.
5. Retention and providers
Necessary cookies expire when you close the browser or after 30 days. Analytics and advertising cookies can last up to 13 months, in line with Google’s policy. We only work with providers that comply with LFPDPPP and equivalent international standards.
