At Capeliq S.A. de C.V. we treat personal data as sensitive information that sustains the trust of our investors and of the developers we work with. This notice describes what data we collect, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights in 2026.
1. Who is the data controller
The data controller is Capeliq S.A. de C.V., with registered office at Av. Presidente Masaryk 111, Floor 4, Polanco V Sección, 11560, Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City. You can reach our Privacy Officer at privacidad@capeliq.com.
2. What data we process
Identification data (name, email, phone), technical data of the device you browse with, business contact data when applicable and any data you voluntarily add to our forms. We do not request sensitive banking data on this website.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to answer your enquiries, to send you information about crowdlending opportunities if you opt in, to operate the platform, to prevent fraud and to comply with Mexican legal and tax obligations.
4. Legal basis
We rely on your consent, on the performance of a contract when it exists, on legal obligations and on our legitimate interest in offering you useful content about real estate investment in Mexico.
5. Sharing and processors
We share data only with certified technology providers, with the external project auditor and, when legally required, with competent authorities. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for unrelated commercial purposes.
6. Your rights and consent
You can access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data (ARCO rights), as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to privacidad@capeliq.com. We respond within 20 business days at most.
7. Retention and security
We keep your data only for the time needed for the described purposes and in compliance with tax law. We apply encryption in transit, role-based access controls and quarterly security reviews.
